Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We only accept payment when we have spoken to you and confirmed the ordered kitchen specification is correct and confirmed a suitable delivery date with you.

We accept payment via the following methods:
For non account holders payment can be made by BACS and Cheque without charge
You may send your payment information by BACs, Cheque, via phone, fax, over the Internet or by post or in person in our showroom etc.
Because Credit Card or PayPal payments cost more to process they would incur a surcharge on payments of the total invoice value including VAT. We avoid the surcharge with BACs, or Cheque payments.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

The property in the goods shall remain with Tiny Kitchens until such time as the invoice is paid in full, but the risk in the goods passes to the buyer on delivery.

Our policy is one of continuous improvement and we reserve the right to change specifications without notice.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Purchasers are reminded that they should satisfy themselves that the product they are ordering is suitable for their requirements and no responsibility is placed with Tiny kitchens for their decision.

Unless otherwise notified, the kitchen guarantee applies to parts failing within 1 year of equipment being supplied. General wear and tear is not included e.g. door seals, bulbs, lime scale damage, misuse.
